The Job
Achieve the sales volume by category in each of the distributor territories.

Role Overview

Maintain a culture within the organization that emphasizes and demonstrates the importance of internal control to build strong awareness in staff on policy and procedures issues.
Identify and assess the risks facing both systems and business processes thereby providing effective loss and risk management and so minimising the operational risks.
Review transaction tickets where applicable to ensure compliance in transactions processing and authorization and Investigation on Processing errors
Conduct process walkthrough reviews / independent spot checks on SISL and identifying problem areas and offering recommendations
Ensure effective compliance with agreed limits of authority, levels of access to systems/information and provide assurance of a strong compliance environment to ensure zero operational losses and no policy/regulatory infractions.
Keep track of sensitive processes to ensure compliance with regulatory directives across SISL
Provide guidance on the required control mechanisms related to existing or new business processes and giving expert advice on HOSC Control issues
Influencing process change across SISL to maintain risk levels whilst seeking process efficiencies.
Liaises with business stakeholders in ensuring that regulatory, group policy standards, minimum operating procedures regulatory & routine controls are observed effectively to minimise the Bank’s exposure to risk.

The incumbent will implement the Exchange’s office management policy at the branch office, maintain the Trading Floor, coordinate all the staff matters as well as liaise with the Hubs (Abuja and Port Harcourt) on IT and manpower related issues in the branch office.
Serving as the liaison between the Head Office departments of Administration, Human Resources and Market Operations in the branch, the incumbent will ensure that these departments are appropriately informed of the relevant activities in the branch office.
This role reports to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed trouble-shooting and support documentation for weekly reporting of branch trading floor issues for the branch manager as part of the branch office report
General Administrative Support Ensure regular maintenance of all assets of The Exchange in the branch office
Maintain all internal Audit specified registers including Assets, Diesel, Staff, Stationeries as well as the imprest records of the branch office
Process and submit monthly bank reconciliation statement to the Head Office (Finance Department)
Responsible for branch inventory management such as stationeries and equipment allocated to the branch
Attend branch office staff periodic meeting and function as Secretary of the branch office in official communication
Liaises with branch office Courier Service Company for mails dispatch and cross checking of bills
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the branch office and provide input into the preparation of the Branch Network Department Strategy
Perform other related duties as may be assigned from time to time
Branch Market Operations
Maintain and provide technical support for the Branch Trading Floor computer infrastructure and information system
Provide day-to-day support to trading floor end users e.g., Brokers, Staff, etc. for any technical issues including but not limited to the desktop, network and trading application
Engage in One-to-One interaction with users to understand the support requirements and provide them with best available solution
Leads and participates in projects that involves deploying or supporting new software, desktop infrastructure or technology to a business group
Ensure the smooth functioning of the applications over the weekend restarts, release and maintenance activities
Provide 1st level support on desktop hardware and software application; manage escalations when needed at the branch
Operate and maintain the branch Trading Floor as well as ensure that regular and effective connectivity with the Trading Engine at the Head Office is established
Requirements, Qualifications and Experience
To successfully deliver the above goals, the right candidate must have:
Minimum of HND/ Bachelor degree in Social and/or Management Science disciplines, preferably in Economics, Marketing, Finance
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Office Management
Membership of a professional body like Nigerian Institute of Management is an advantage.

Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring a hitch free running of the retail stations in line with the safety standards and approved budget
Duties and Responsibilities
Opens the station daily and ensures it is fit to run for the day, as well as securing it when activities are closed
Takes meter readings, dips underground tanks to confirm stock quantity at keeps a log of the readings
Executes the front-line coordination of the sales activities of the pump attendants
Responds to any issues or queries that may arise from customers or fuel pump attendants in the discharge of their duties
Liaises with external stakeholders who come for enquiries concerning Rainoil Products
Performs opening and closing meter readings to ascertain the quantity of stock sold for the day
Prepares daily and weekly reports to the station manager concerning the activities that have occurred in the station
Coordinates the offloading of stock to the station’s tanks from the trucks
Inspects the sales and safety equipment in the station to ascertain they are compliant with HSE standards
Prepares retail stations’ inventory reports to ensure products are tracked and are always available at outlets

The Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES) is structured as a Public Private Partnership (PPP) initiative driven by the Office of the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Students Affairs (OSAPYSA). The program is targeted at providing solutions to the challenges of youth unemployment, through the execution of direct empowerment initiatives.

The Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES) GOALS
The Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme (P-YES) has been conceived and designed to:
Fight and reduce unemployment among Nigerian youth by creating at least 774,000 empowerment opportunities.
Train and empower youth to have the capacity to empower at least on other youth within his/her immediate community.
Help achieve the financial inclusion strategy of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Enhance production, productivity and value addition for new and existing urban and rural entrepreneurs across the 774 Local Government Areas in Nigeria on a sustainable basis.
Consolidate and integrate youth development into the main stream of government policies, programmes and the national budget.
Build the capacity of the youth to enable them take charge of their own wellbeing and future by building their assets and realizing their potentials.
To integrate the youth into the Economic Diversification policy of the Federal Government of Nigeria.
Create wealth among the growing youth population.
Guarantee sustained income for the target group.
Fight the scourge of criminality and drug abuse among the youth by empowering them to be productively engaged.
Contribute to GDP growth through the development of Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs).
Training
The youth will undergo training in multiple vocations such as agriculture, Information technology, fashion, catering, technology acquisition and many other stategic vocations
Empowerment
Successful trainees will be equipped with Seed Empowerment Tools (SET)s such as rice mills, poultry accessories, branded mobile kiosks, farm implements, mobile restaurants, tents, photography units etc.
P-YES Operation Framework
The scheme is to be administered under the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and coordinated by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Youth and Students Affairs.
Seed Empowerment Tools (SET):
Youth will undergo training and practical skills acquisition programmes in multiple vocations. The beneficiaries will be given Seed Empowerment Tools (SET), which they are expected to grow and further empower other members of their community.
P-YES Seed Incubation Programme:
The P-YES Seed Incubation Programme (PSIP) is anchored on the principle of two for one. That is, each of the 774,000 beneficiaries is expected to reproduce at least one beneficiary over a period of 12 months after being empowered with a seed business tool.
Requirements for Application
The scheme will be accessible to the literate, semi-literate and the non-literate population. The threshold for qualification is set at the basic ability and capacity to learn and be teachable. In addition to the fore going, the following is set as the basic pre-conditions for enlistment:
Applicant must be a Nigerian citizen, male or female between the ages of 18 and 40.
Applicant must have, at least one valid means of identification (National Identity card, International Passport, Permanent Voters Card- PVC).
Applicant must provide a Second Level Beneficiary (SLB) to qualify for benefitting from the scheme.
Ability to communicate in Basic English language and or any local Nigerian language.
Provable upright character and a stable mind.
Applicant must provide a guarantor preferably a community or religious leader.
Ability to secure the endorsement of a local government official.
Beneficiary should posses the capacity to transfer knowledge and mentor pairs within their communities.
