We are looking to hire a skilled analyst to manage the database of Nextier’s various business units: Nextier Advisory, Nextier Power, Nextier SPD and Credo Advisory.
The role will be primarily responsible for maintaining the curriculum vitae records including access, archiving and the maintenance of the database.
Responsibilities
Test and develop database management plan
Create existing database methods and create study for suggested changes
Review and recommend options to improve the effectiveness of the database infrastructure
Manage and grow a robust database for Nextier
Assist in planning and designing databases as well as maintain links to ensure functionalities are operating well
Provide a wide variety of administrative support services to the department and also support database structure and data.

Identify and address data integrity issues
Provide information to other business units from the database system
Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline
Relevant professional qualification and certification is mandatory

Description:
SUSDEVI currently seeks to recruit bright candidates to fill up multiple new positions in state offices (SO) and out-stations (OS) across the six geopolitical regions of Nigeria.
Successful candidates will work on the Market Access Project (MAP) as well as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Action program which are respectively aimed at providing market support to start-ups and SME’s and helping Nigeria achieve a set of the United Nations SDGs.

Educational qualification:
Candidates must possess, at minimum, a post secondary school qualification (OND, NCE, RN, HND, BSc, MSc, PhD, etc).
Citizenship:
Candidate must be a citizen of Nigeria or non-Nigerian with required residency status for employment with the correct visa or work permit.

Location:
This recruitment will be carried out in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and all other States in Nigeria except Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States. Candidates must live in Nigeria and be willing to work in diverse environments, including cities and remote locations.

Language requirement:
Candidates must be able to read and write in English language. Specific proof of English language proficiency may be requested.
Internet access, email, YouTube and social media:

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervises and coordinate the duties and activities of the security personnel.
• Ensure that the infrastructural facilities assigned to security for the protection of the entire company are in good condition.
• Ensure that rules and procedures are implemented and strictly obeyed by all staff; customers, contractors and visitors.
• Ensure that security personnel are properly dressed in their uniform while on duty and beat instructions are strictly followed.
• Ensure and guarantee the safety and protection of lives of workers, company’s assets and visitors to the company.
• Ensure that security personnel are regularly educated trained and retrained in their duties.
• Issue and control security kits, such as the whistle, boot, and uniforms to the operatives.
• Write Weekly / Monthly security report.
• Check all security registers daily
• Patrol all beats regularly.
• Ensure proper record keeping of documents, information, and correspondence on matters relating to security operations.
• Ensure that no guard possess, sell or consume intoxicants, drugs or substance capable of intoxicating while on duty.
• Supervise and inspect all access area and potential penetrating points i.e. fences, gates perimeter walls to detect vulnerabilities.
• Maintain and enforce the discipline of security staff at all times.
• Carry out any other sundry functions and duties as may be deemed legitimately related to security assigned by the Operations Manager
Qualification, Skills and Requirements
• Minimum Qualification - OND
• 1 – 3 years’ of private security experience
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Ex-military and para-military personnel have an advantage.
• Disciplined, Confident, Vibrant, Intelligent, Analytical & medically fit Nigerian,
• Excellent communication and Supervisory skills - ability to speak fluently, read & write legibly.
